Just 10 kilometres away from Cerkno there is a ski slope stretching over 60 hectares of land with three button lifts and four chair lifts (with 2, 4 and 6 seaters) enabling you to ski on 15 different ski slopes, do some cross country skiing on the 5 km long courses or go sledging on the well maintained sledge slope. The ski slope is completely covered with artificial snow. There is a ski school on the slope, ski rental and several snack bars and a restaurant.
