The apartment units A and B are on two floors. On the lower ground floor there are two rooms with two or three beds (bunk beds) and a shower with a toilet, on the ground floor a kitchen, dining room, living room and a toilet are located.

The apartment unit C is on the first floor (penthouse). There are two bedrooms (two and three beds), living room, kitchen and a shower with the toilet.
(Ground plan of apartments C) Each of the apartments is provided with: a satellite television, a radio alarm clock, 3 beds, one double bed, one settee which can be converted to a bed, TV set, bed linen and blankets, towels, dishes and kitchen utensils for 7 people (cutlery, plates, pots, glasses, pans etc.), an extending table, 7 chairs, a garbage can, garbage bags, a broom and other necessities.
