Welcome to the apartments
Pri Milki! We are pleased that you have decided to spend your
holiday with us. We hope you will find it pleasant and enjoyable.
These guidelines will help you with everything you need to know
about your stay.
Arrival times:
Between 1400 and 1900 unless otherwise agreed with the owner.
Upon arrival guests report to the owner who handles registration for
which a personal document such as a passport or identity card is
necessary;
If guests bring a piece of equipment that is not suited to be kept
in the apartment, they should agree the way and costs of the storage
of such equipment with the owner;
Before occupying the apartment guests must check the inventory with
the owner.
The rent is paid directly to the owner.
Departure times:
The apartment should be vacated by 1000, otherwise another day's
rent will be charged.
Before handing back the keys, guests must check the inventory with
the owner.
Guests are obliged to pay compensation for any damage or breakages
before they leave. This includes damage to furniture, floors,
windows, doors and equipment within the building (including the
garden);
Any compensation for damage is paid directly to the owner.
We ensure the following for our guests:
Well-maintained and safe access to the apartments (i.e. access
paths, well lit corridors, garbage removal etc.);
The safekeeping of skiing and other equipment in a separate heated
place;
Equipment and kitchen utensils sufficient for as many persons as
there are beds plus one
Automatically adjustable heating and hot water
Reception and registration of guests;
Final cleaning and tidying of the apartment after the departure of
guests;
Our esteemed guests are requested to take into consideration the
following:
Only registered people are allowed to spend the night in the
apartment;
Visitors are allowed only with prior consent from the owner;
Pets are not allowed in the apartment unless otherwise agreed with
the owner upon arrival; Pets should not be bathed in the apartment;
The contents and installations should be handled with care, lights
turned off and the tabs turned off;
Equipment must not be moved or taken out of the apartment;
Inflammatory or explosive materials, or strong smelling substances
must not be brought into the apartment;
Doors must be locked when guests leave the apartment, as we cannot
take responsibility for theft or loss;
Prior to departure the guests are requested:
To make sure nothing has been left behind (clothes of any other
personal belongings);
To ensure that the dishes and other equipment used in the kitchen
are washed, dried and put back into the kitchen cabinets;
To ensure that no food (oil, vinegar, salt, sugar etc.) is left in
the cabinets;
To check that wardrobes and other closets are empty;
To ensure that there is no garbage left in the apartment.
